Air — the sound
Aleph is vibrated as A (i). The sound is sustained on the breath until the body carries the frequency by itself.
Fire — chakra & colour
Aleph lights the heart chakra in light blue. The colour grows brighter the longer the letter is vibrated.
Water — the sensation
The felt quality of Aleph is lightness — the temperature and weight the letter leaves in the body.
Earth — the consciousness
Aleph carries the consciousness of Breath / Air Element.
Aleph on the Tree of Life
The path of A(i) runs between Wisdom (2) and the Union with the Divine (1).
It walks the path between Kether (Union with the Divine) and Chockmah (Wisdom). The chakra gives the letter its place in the body; the Tree gives it its place in the cosmos.
